hosts were very kind and amiable, even gave us room in the other 2 bedrooms. great location with everything at the door, it was really close to the train station and public transportation, a residential area of lugano, and a grocery store.

Overall it was pleasant experience and I liked the stay. The staff was patient and helpful to chat with. Had easy check in. I had room in the other 2 bedrooms. Everything was simply excellent
